Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist that helps clients who feel overwhelmed, scared, confused, angry, frustrated, or lost. I help clients manage their anxiety, fear, depression, conflicts in relationships, trauma, life transitions, lack of self-esteem, or whatever else that is causing them to seek a therapist at this time in their life.
We all go through a variety of transitions in life. Childhood to adulthood. Going to school and then going to work. Being alone to being in a relationship. Being without kids to having kids.
Some transitions are easier than others, while other transitions can be overwhelming and cause distress. Divorce or a breakup. Job loss. Becoming a parent or an empty nester. Waking up and feeling lost and thinking this is not where you thought you would be in your life right now.
These as well as other phase of life transitions may cause you to feel anxious or depressed. They may activate triggers. Whatever life transition you are in now, I am here to listen and help you explore and identify what is making you feel uncomfortable. Please feel free to call me for a free consultation to see if you and I are a fit for one another.
