I am passionate about helping people feel good about themselves and those who want to embark on a journey to live the life they want to live. I support the belief that healing begins in the body. I use a process of body and mind awareness in a safe and supportive space to help clients identify and work through uncomfortable feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
I recognize that everyone has their own background story and life experience. I seek to understand your unique circumstances for a deeper understanding of what is going on in your life.
